The raw material is conveyed to the jaw crusher for primary crushing through the hopper and a vibrating feeder uniform feeding. After primary crushed material and fine material screening by vibrating feeder are transmitted to the transfer material pile by a belt conveyor .

The transmission belt machine will convey stockpile material to the cone crusher for finely broken, and then screened by the circular vibrating screen. Larger particles back to the cone crusher to be broken again; medium grained material is sent into sand making machine for fine crushing and reshaped.
Process of the plant
1.Medium grain material is sent into the sand making machine for crushing, and then screened by a circular vibration sieve. Larger grain size material is returned to the sand making machine to be broken again. Qualified products are sent to the stockpile storage by the belt conveyor, and fine particles are sent into the sand washing machine to clean.
2.Material that is sent into the sand washing machine is as part of the final product to be transferred by the conveyor belt to material pile.
